Founder-to-seller sales judgment Warm Close Advisory One Sprint at a time

Your closer shouldn't need you to rescue every important sales conversation.

Warm Close turns the judgment behind your best sales into a system your closer can actually use — without replacing your voice with a generic script.

[01] The problem

This isn't a talent problem. It's a missing shared standard.

Your seller has real ability. They know the offer. They've heard you sell. And still, when a serious buyer hesitates, you end up stepping in.

The judgment behind how you sell — what you listen for, when you recommend, which objections are real — lives in your head. Not in anything they can reach for mid-call.

Symptom 01You still get pulled onto calls the moment resistance shows up.
Symptom 02Your seller isn't sure what they're allowed to decide on their own.
Symptom 03Follow-up drifts into open-ended emails instead of a clear next decision.
A familiar moment

Every founder knows this minute.

Without a shared standard(A)
34:10 — Buyer“I need to think about it.”
34:40 — SellerIs that real, or is it price? No way to tell.
35:05 — Message to you“Can you jump on?”
With your judgment transferred(B)
34:10 — Buyer“I need to think about it.”
34:40 — SellerDiagnoses it the way you would — and knows what to do next.
35:05 — YouNot on the call. Not needed.

The difference isn't talent or effort. It's whether your seller has your decision rules — what counts as a real objection, when to re-close, when to set a dated follow-up, and when to bring you in.

Note from the founder

The issue isn't whether it was ever said. The test is whether your seller can find it, repeat it accurately, and use it without you there.

[02] The approach

Not a script. The judgment underneath it.

I'm not trying to make your seller sound exactly like you. I'm making sure they can use the judgment underneath how you sell — in their own voice, while the buyer is actually deciding.

[03] The offer

The 30-Day Founder-to-Seller Transfer Sprint

Thirty days to move your judgment into a system your seller uses — and see how well it holds on real calls.

1Offer
1Founder
1Seller
3–5Real sales calls
30Days, fixed scope
Days 01–07Extract

I interview you and your seller and start reviewing real calls — to find the decisions you make that they don't yet.

Days 08–14Build

Your judgment becomes a working system your seller can use. You approve the language and decision rules before anything is trained.

Days 15–24Validate

I train your seller on it, then test it against real calls — not whether they like it, but whether they use it well.

Days 25–30Transfer

You get an honest read on where your seller stands and a clear plan for who owns the system from here.

Deliverables
Validated Seller Judgment SystemYour approved decision logic for the offer, organized for use before, during, and after live calls.
Seller Readiness FindingsWhat the evidence shows your seller can do independently, where they still break down, and what's still unproven.
Adoption and Ownership PlanWho owns the system inside your business and what continued use looks like after Day 30.
What it asks of you

Access to real sales calls. Your time to be interviewed and to approve the system. Your seller's time for training and validation. This works because you're both in it.

What it isn't

Not a script. Not CRM setup, lead generation, or funnel work. Not ongoing sales management or call coverage after Day 30. Not a revenue guarantee — the promise is better seller decisions with less founder rescue.

The standard

Founder approval isn't proof. real calls are.

S.01Tested on real calls

The system is only called fully validated once it's been tested against at least three real calls with your seller. A playbook existing isn't proof. Your seller using it is.

S.02Labeled honestly

If there isn't enough real-call evidence, your deliverable says so, on the page. Confirmed findings, scenario-only observations, and what's still unproven stay separate.

S.03Measured, not assumed

I look at how often you still have to step in, whether your seller's decisions match your standard, and whether they actually use the system — not whether they liked the training.

Ella McDonald

Warm Close comes out of sales, not operations. I've run full high-ticket sales cycles myself — discovery, qualification, objections, closing, follow-up, and the relationship after the sale.

That's what lets me see both sides of the handoff: what a founder thinks has been taught, and what a capable seller can actually reach for when a buyer is deciding. Most sellers get scripts and information. What they rarely get is the founder's decision logic. That's the part I transfer.

A system is only useful if your seller can reach for it when the buyer is actually deciding.

Straight answers
Is this a script?

No. Scripts tell a seller what to say. This gives them the judgment underneath it — so they can decide what to do next in their own voice, including in moments a script never covered.

Will you close deals for us?

No. I don't provide ongoing closing or call coverage. The point is a seller who needs you less — not a new person they depend on.

Why only one seller and one offer?

Because judgment transfers when it's specific. A narrow scope is what makes thirty days enough to build it, train it, and test it on real calls.

What do you need from me?

Access to real sales calls, your time to be interviewed and to approve the system, and your seller's time for training and validation. The clock doesn't pause for delays, so both of you need to be in.

What happens after Day 30?

You keep the system, the findings, and a plan naming who owns it inside your business. There's no ongoing retainer built in.
